• Note on Payment Security: We DO NOT store your Credit/Debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or Net Banking passwords. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Account Data: A securely hashed password (we cannot see your actual password).

1.2. Technical & Security Data (Critical for License Enforcement):

To enforce our Single-Device License Policy, we automatically collect:

• Device ID / MAC Address / IMEI.
• IP Address and Browser Type.
• Login Timestamps.
• Operating System details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

• Service Delivery: To create your account, grant access to the Course, and track your learning progress.
• Security Enforcement: To detect multiple logins, unauthorized sharing, and suspicious device switching (Violations of T&C).
• Contest Administration: To calculate "Academic Proficiency Scores" and determine winners based on the "Earliest Purchase Timestamp" tie-breaker rule.
• Referral Payouts: To track successful referrals and process payouts for the Ambassador Program.
• Communication: To send login OTPs, course updates, and essential service notifications via Email or WhatsApp.
• Legal Compliance: To maintain records for GST filing, Income Tax audits, and dispute resolution.
